On 13th July 2025, Sowers Action is pleased to announce the successful handover of a newly reconstructed Permanent house to the Lila Thapa family, whose previous home was destroyed by a landslide last year, tragically claiming the lives of their two children.

The ceremony was chaired by our Chairman, Acharya Pasang Wandi Sherpa, with Mr. Kunsang Lama, Mayor of Namo Buddha Municipality, as the Chief Guest. We were also honoured by the presence of local leaders, monastery representatives, school principals, media partners, and community members.

Thanks to this initiative, the Thapa family now has a safe and dignified home, marking an important step in rebuilding their lives.
