Leadership Training 2026

In April 2026, Sowers Action Nepal successfully conducted a 3-day Leadership Training Workshop, bringing together 32 young participants committed to personal growth and community leadership.

The workshop was designed to empower youth with essential leadership competencies through engaging and interactive sessions. Key focus areas included coaching skills, design thinking, and reflective writing, enabling participants to enhance their communication, problem-solving abilities, and self-awareness.

Throughout the program, participants actively collaborated, shared experiences, and practiced practical tools that will support them in becoming confident and effective leaders. The training fostered a supportive learning environment that encouraged critical thinking, creativity, and meaningful reflection.

By the end of the workshop, participants emerged with strengthened leadership skills, a clearer sense of purpose, and a renewed motivation to create positive impact within their communities.
