Sowers Action Nepal is looking for a dedicated and responsible female candidate to join our team as a Girls’ Hostel Warden. The Warden will be responsible for managing daily operations of the hostel and providing guidance and mentorship to the resident girls in a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a female candidate with Nepali citizenship.

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing.

• Must have a valid PAN card.

• Previous experience in hostel management or a similar field is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage and mentor young girls with care and responsibility.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Google Sheets, Email).

• Proficient in both Nepali and English (spoken and written).

• Must be responsible, disciplined, and organized.
